Greetings! Just a quick note of true thankfulness for your honesty and wisdom in the writing of this post. It is straight from God and I glorify Him for being right on time with this. I actually felt the same about the humility series but didn't notice I could comment :) Praying blessings over your ministry!

Paul,

I remember following the events around Robertson McQuilkin and his wife, Muriel. Wow, his words bear witness to true love and devotion. What an amazingly beautiful couple they were. Thank you for sharing that on your blog.

Peace,

Mark

Thanks Paul!
I enjoy reading your blogs in between classes! This one I particularly have to read over and over! It's just what God wanted me to know about myself! Thanks!

Thanks Beth! I think it's a great idea to deal with the issue of the "reliability of Scripture." There is so much false teaching out there on it and many people (even Christians) are buying it up without learning the truth about why Scripture truly is trustworthy and reliable. If you ever need some resources on the subject, I can point you to several on the web. Say Hi to Joe! Blessings, Paul

This is so true today, and thank you for the encouragement to read my Bible regularly. That's one habit that's so easily left out when busyness takes over. I also love the quotes at the end. Someday maybe you could write a blog about the reliability of the Bible as God's Word. I find when talking to people my daughter's age that they've believed the lies they've been told in the media, etc., that the Bible's not accurate nor necessarily inspired and it justifies slavery, murder, etc. These are Christian kids brought up in Christian households, sadly.

Paul,
Thank you so much for these wonderful lessons. I appreciate your Christ centered focus and that your exhortations are completely based on scripture. It is so good to be reminded about what truly matters. I am finding these lessons very helpful as I seek God's direction in ministry. They have been a blessing to me. Your hard work in studying, your time spent seeking the heart of God, your labor of love for Christ and for His people have helped inspire me in the work God has called me to. Thank you so much following hard after God and for equipping the saints so that they can do the same.
Much love to you and Lisa,
Carol Denny
